Patient Availability: Lucet and Tebra
Click on the Scheduling tab, input your availability on all dates and times when you would like to see patients. You also need to update your Tebra calendar for the same date/time as your Lucet calendar (Please do not delete your Lucet availabilities). Navigate to the calendar in Tebra, click an open time slot on the date you are trying to schedule to create an appointment. When the New Appointment screen opens you need to fill in "New Patient Availability" in as the name of the patient and select "Patient Availability" as the visit reason. From there you can save the appointment and the rest of the team can begin to fill your session with a referral.
Block-2 different ways
-One Time Block: If you would like to add a one time blocked out time in your calendar, add an appointment and select the patient name "Block Block" and set the visit reason to "block with the appriopriate time and day. This will inform our administrative staff that you would like to block this time slot in your calendar from being filled.
-Recurring: If you have a recurring time in your calendar that you would like to block out hover over the doctor icon in the upper right of Tebra and click "Practice Settings" then click "Calendar Settings" then click "Office Hours" navigate to your calendar click "Edit" then under the day you would like to block click "+ Break" fill in the time slot and that block/break will be recurring each week.
